On this site we discuss privacy and identity, with a particular reference to how we might grow a mutually owned community and technology stack that supports a modern form of governance that respects the core lements of identity and privacy we need in that age of AI.
Some initial (bad) thoughts on imagery:

“The Towel Is a Credential” (mascot-style hero) A cute cartoon fish wearing a tiny towel-cape, holding a little “credential card” like a passport stamp, with a subtle shield icon watermark. Why it fits: instantly communicates “identity you carry, not identity they store”. Tone: playful, not childish; clean vector. Tagline pairing: “Bring your towel. Keep your secrets.”

Privacy Shell Fish. “Self / Shell / Fish” (pun-first, brand-first) A minimalist illustration of a shellfish (clam/oyster) slightly open, revealing not a pearl but a key or credential token. Why it fits: makes the domain pun legible at a glance. Style: flat vector or gentle grainy illustration. Hidden detail: tiny “⿻” symbol etched on the shell.

“The Echo” (reconstruction + understanding) A fish speaks into a conch shell / radio, and the returning echo becomes a clean geometric proverb glyph. Why it fits: matches the “echo” + RPP idea: understanding proven by transformation.
